Postage Charges:
- In the prices listed above, postage charges are included. Use this section as a guide to understand other charges.
- In addition to our base rates, we charge you only for postage used. In the example above, for clarity, we've included domestic postage to give you an idea of the total cost for most orders.
- Domestic postage (The 50 U.S. States) is $0.44 for our basic mailer.
- International postage is generally between $1.10 and $1.85 (Canada vs. Western Europe)
- We've seen that on average, about 17% of orders are international customers (of course this depends on your product).
- This means average postage cost remains low.
Included behind the scenes services:
- Real People Here to Support You: Some fulfillment companies act like machines. They don't respond to your email or voicemail. They
act like a machine. If you want a company that can help you get this setup at the lowest cost possible, AND offer the lowest prices on the net,
try us out!
- Best Looking Discs and packaging: We offer the best quality full color, best looking, glossy, water resistant discs available.
The only other disc quality that compares is if you use a replication company to produce 1000 or more.
- Package Undeliverable: We process mail package returns for you. Sometimes, the package comes back in the mail as undeliverable.
We lookup the customer, and send them an email requesting their correct address. This lets them know there will be a delay in shipment.
When they email us back, we resubmit the order for you and resend the package.
- Package Refused: If your customer refuses the package, we let you know (via email) we
received it so you can process a refund in any way you like.
- Package Not Received Yet Email: Some users email us saying they have not received the package. We look them up, and check the date the package was sent.
We either send them an email asking them to be patient and wait a few days, or if it’s been longer than normal,
we resend that package at no charge to you.
- Your Customer Product Support Email: We field support emails from your customers.
Often, when users have problems with the product, they resort to finding the package, and sending an email to us.
We handle it ourselves without bothering you if we can. If not, we forward those emails to you.
Other Considerations:
- Pay extra only for options you want (dvd case, printed color inserts etc).
- We ship CD and DVD packages every day except Sunday
- Your custom full color image printed on the CD/DVD. [Example]
- Packaged in a white clear window CD/DVD sleeve and placed in a mailer. [Example]
- If you find a lower price anywhere on the Internet, we'll match it!
- We require no down payments. You pay AFTER you've seen our performance.
- Optional: If you require custom art work, or custom programming we charge a low consulting rate of $49.95 per hour. You may need
custom programming if you need help integrating with our system. We do offer a simple order form where no integration is required. You just simply type
in the customer information directly from within your account. This is what most low volume customers use.
- For DVD setup, we charge a one our consulting fee ($49.95). This covers the cost of handling and setup.
We take your mailed (usps.com) dvd, copy the files to our system, make sure the project is setup properly, and do a test DVD burn in advance.
If you sell 3 or more dvd's on average per day, we'll not charge you this DVD setup fee.
