CD/DVD Fulfillment Quality Assurance

1)      We only use the best blank CDs and DVDs.  We use only Taiyo Yuden blank media.  Try searching on google for Taiyo Yuden.  You will see they are the top brand.  The invented CDR technology.

2)      Your CDs or DVDs will have your most current electronic files.  We download them from your site (or we host those files for you).  You can update those files any time from your web site.  Whithin your cd/dvd fulfillment project, you can choose the 'Refresh' button.  This forces us to get your most current files.    We are able to offer this 'Just in Time' fulfillment service this because we have our patent pending “burn on demand” automated inventory control software and hardware systems in place.

4)      We ship every day of the week (except Sunday).  If you order before 1PM central time, we ship on the same day (otherwise next day).

5)      We use state of the art cd/dvd duplication machines, labelers, ink printers and the highest quality materials.

6)      Each cd/dvd is automatically quality checked and verified to obtain the highest possible quality and reliability.   For new projects, we manually test load and visually inspect those first discs very carefully.  If a disc fails the verify check, it is tossed.  This ensures 100% quality.
