We do agree that Kunaki has very low prices, but they can do that because they do not offer any customer support and they do NOT use the best quality Taiyo Yuden blank discs. What makes us better is we use the BEST blank media on the market (which costs about twice as much as cheap blanks). We also will help you with custom integrations, and help you with setup questions. We have real live people that will email and/or talk with you on the phone (unlike Kunaki.com).
Kunaki admits "Kunaki operates more like a machine than a business and does not offer a personalized service. We don't engage in active marketing, sales, or public relations. We never offer discounts or special deals. We don't offer affiliate or partner programs. The Kunaki machine is operated and managed by software rather than a management team."
Kunaki will not help you with any custom requests. They will not deviate from their packaging options. They do not offer support when you want to automate your ordering process.
CDDVDFulfillment.com also makes it easy for those of you that have multiple disc sets. Kunaki systems do not have the ability to group cds or dvds in the multi disc set packaging. For example, we have many customers that have a 5 or 6 disc set that fits nicely in a single stackable DVD case. This saves on shelf space, looks better, and costs you less.In addition, we our base price option costs LESS than Kunaki! If you don't need jewel cases or dvd cases, and don't want to bother creating that artwork, you can choose to send your product in our thin Netflix style mailer that costs about a dollar less than Kunaki base prices.
