We produce your CD or DVD on demand and fulfill your customer orders.

  1. You setup a free CD/DVD fulfillment account: Click the create account button on the left column.

  2. You will fill out information about your company.

  3. Click the ADD CD/DVD button You will have a project for each of your DVDs or CDs.

  4. Our support staff helps you get the graphic and setup files into our project so we can make your CDs or DVDs. If you need help, our Art Department can help.

  5. You sell the CD or DVD from your web site. You charge the customer whatever you like. You collect the money directly from your customer. You have total control over this.

  6. Your order system integrates with us: When you receive an order for the CD or DVD, you can send us the order Request in one of 3 ways:
    1. Manually: Login to your cd-fulfillment account you created here. When viewing your project title, you can fill out a form which requests a CD/DVD order for your customer. You fill out their name and address etc. For example, this Test Form requests a CD for the product "AdsGone Popup Killer". This test form will not actually cause us to make and ship a cd, but it will send you a notification email that the CD will be shipped (if you use your email address). You would have a form like this within your cd-fulfillment account specifically for your products.
    2. Automatically by Email: You will have your e-commerce system send us a specially formatted email to our sales@a1tech.com account. Within your cd-fulfillment account, there is a page that describes this in more detail.
    3. Automatically by URL: You will have your e-commerce system call our server (called an http get). The URL to our server will contain parameters that have the customers information (email, name, address, productID etc). Within your cd-fulfillment account, there is a page that describes this in more detail.


  7. We Send Customer Email Notification: When you submit the CD or DVD order to us, we send your customer an email telling them their product is on the way.

  8. We fulfill your CD/DVD order: We burn the CD/DVD, print the graphic on the disc, print the invoice and labels, apply postage, and ship package to your customer.

  9. We Bill you Monthly: We accept PayPal or credit card we'll store on file. We charge you for all the CD/DVD Orders your company requested and we fulfilled.

    We do not charge if the customer requests a lost or broken CD/DVD (it happens some times).

  10. You Check your Stats: Within your cd-fulfillment account, there is a report that shows you how many CD or DVD orders we've taken and shipped, and your outstanding balance and billing history etc.

1) Set up a free cd or dvd project

  • Create a project for each of the products you sell.
  • If you have a multiple disc set, data cd, dvd, or audio cd, you can set those options by clicking on the options button.
  • Click the options button to choose packaging and shipping options.
  • If you have a DVD, we recommend creating a .iso image of your master disc.

2) Customers order from your site

  • You use your current shopping cart software or paypal buttons.
  • Your customer orders the product from you.
  • You collect the money from your customer directly.

3) Order data sent to cd-fulfillment

  • You can click the "order" button from within your account. From there, you fill in customer order data.
  • If you take a lot of orders, we can help you automate the process.
  • You can integrate with us by sending us a specially formatted server URL call or formatted email when your site takes an order.
  • Click the "Integrate" button from within your account for more details.
  • In most cases, you can forward your customer purchase emails to us and we can parse the data for you so you can avoid filling out the order form.

4) We make the disc and send it

  • When an order comes into our system, you have about 15 minutes to correct any errors, but after that, we make the disc, and print a postage label and invoice
  • We ship the CD or DVD to your customer within 1 business day via the U.S. Postal Service and can ship to anywhere in the world.
  • We make orders "on demand" or "just in time" so your inventory always has the latest files.
  • Depending on the packaging and shipping options, we may place your disc in a thin mailer, dvd case, bubble mailer, or combination of those. Click the "options" button for more details.

5) Search / Browse customer data

  • We store all customer orders on our system.
  • We provide tools to browse or search customers.
  • Confirm customer orders are in the system.
  • See when customer orders were shipped.
  • Modify or delete customer records as long as they have not been made yet (you have about 15 minutes after order time to do this).

6) Pay us by credit card

  • You may submit a few orders for fulfillment right away without sending us payment first.
  • Each cd-fulfillment.com account holder gets a credit limit. Once that limit is reached, you pay your bill by credit card or paypal.
  • Once a month or so, or when your credit limit is reached, click the "invoice" button from within your account.
  • See a detailed log of customer order information.
  • View the detailed invoice.
  • Pay by credit card, paypal, or send in a check.
  • We let you use our services right away. Try us first, and pay after tested our services.
