Example CD or DVD Fulfillment Mailer your software customer will receive:
- We send the CD or DVD inside an envelope using first class mail.
- We use the envelope for our standard (lowest) pricing. This keeps the weight below 1 oz.
- We've found that about 1 in 200 CD/DVDs become damaged during shipping. We will ship out a replacement disc at no cost to you or
the customer if the customer receives a defective or broken DVD/CD.
- If you prefer, we can always send the disc in a bubble mailer (details next)
- Inside the first class mailer envelope we include the CD/DVD inside a clear sleeve.
- We affix the CD/DVD fulfillment invoice receipt on the back of the cd sleeve
- If you choose (optional - see your CD/DVD project and click the 'options' button) to have us send your CDs or DVDs in
our bubble mailer, there will be virtually no breakage.
- However, we have to charge you a little extra to cover the increased postage and packaging costs.
- Your customer will receive a bubble cardboard mailer with a professional color printed label.
- NOTE:For ALL orders outside the U.S.A., we always send the CD or DVD in a bubble mailer. We do have to charge extra, but it's necessary to
prevent breakage.
- The CD/DVD inside the package will be in a white sleeve.
- Inside the package contains a printed color receipt.
- Your Software, music, or digital product will be burned on the CD or DVD and your graphics will be printed on the disc:
