This is how you can sell your DVD, and have us burn it on demand and send it directly to your customer at order time
|
1) Set up a free cd or dvd project
- Create a project for each of the products you sell.
- If you have a multiple disc set, data cd, dvd, or audio cd, you can set those options by clicking on the options button.
- Click the options button to choose packaging and shipping options.
- If you have a DVD, we recommend creating a .iso image of your master disc.

2) Customers order from your site
- You use your current shopping cart software or paypal buttons.
- Your customer orders the product from you.
- You collect the money from your customer directly.

3) Order data sent to cd-fulfillment
- You can click the "order" button from within your account. From there, you fill in customer order data.
- If you take a lot of orders, we can help you automate the process.
- You can integrate with us by sending us a specially formatted server URL call or formatted email when your site takes an order.
- Click the "Integrate" button from within your account for more details.
- In most cases, you can forward your customer purchase emails to us and we can parse the data for you so you can avoid filling out the order form.

4) We make the disc and send it
- When an order comes into our system, you have about 15 minutes to correct any errors, but after that, we make the disc, and print a postage label and invoice
- We ship the CD or DVD to your customer within 1 business day via the U.S. Postal Service and can ship to anywhere in the world.
- We make orders "on demand" or "just in time" so your inventory always has the latest files.
- Depending on the packaging and shipping options, we may place your disc in a thin mailer, dvd case, bubble mailer, or combination of those.

5) Search / Browse customer data
- We store all customer orders on our system.
- We provide tools to browse or search customers.
- Confirm customer orders are in the system.
- See when customer orders were shipped.
- Modify or delete customer records as long as they have not been made yet (you have about 15 minutes after order time to do this).

6) Pay us by credit card
- You may submit a few orders for fulfillment right away without sending us payment first.
- Each cd-fulfillment.com account holder gets a credit limit. Once that limit is reached, you pay your bill by credit card or paypal.
- Once a month or so, or when your credit limit is reached, click the "invoice" button from within your account.
- See a detailed log of customer order information.
- View the detailed invoice.
- Pay by credit card, paypal, or send in a check.
- We let you use our services right away. Try us first, and pay after tested our services.

If you have a digital product, video, or software that can't fit on a cd (750MB) you can use our DVD fulfillment service.
Basically, the computer treats a DVD loaded into your computer the same way it treats a CD. It could contain a lot of mp3 music files, or a set of
video files. A typical video DVD that plays in a dvd player has a special format, but you can put just about any data files on a DVD.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you wish us to burn and
ship video DVDs for you (those authored with DVD authoring software that are meant to play in any DVD player), realize that not all DVD players
and not all computer DVD drives are compatible with burned DVD-Rs (which is what we use).
It doesn't matter which company burns them. DVD-R are compatible with over 95% of dvd players, but
of course that means 5% of users will have problems with one of their dvd players. You need to consider this when creating your return policy.
Differences in DVD players and variances in DVD authoring tools can cause incompatibilities.
For this reason, we highly recommend you create a .iso image file of your DVD.
Use software like 'Alcohol 120' to take
your DVD, create a .iso image file, and have us burn that file. You can choose to zip that single .iso file up and upload it to your
server so we can automatically download it, or you can burn that .iso to a DVD and sent it to us by USMAIL.
Once your project is approved, you should order a copy for yourself. Then check
out the copy thoroughly in all the devices you feel necessary. We cannot be responsible for compatibility issues
experienced by your purchasers. We do test out the DVD at our site and let you know if it works with our DVD test machines, but
we can not guarantee it will work for all users.
If you have digitial products, you simply zip up those files, and we download and burn them to the DVD.
Types of DVDs:
- Video DVDs up to 4.7GB that can play in a DVD player.
- Any other data files like software, or mp3 files.
We handle the burning, disc printing, packaging, and shipping to your individual
customers for you.
