CD fulfillment

• There are no minimum requirements for CD or DVD fulfillment. We are happy if you make 2 cds/dvds per month or 200 cds/dvds per day!

• There is no fee to set up the first 10 projects. Most customers only have one product/project. There is a small $1.99 fee (to be paid later) when you create the 11th and any additional projects.
  
  This fee for over 10 projects simply covers the cost to store the data, download the data, and test your new project.  This is not normally a pricing problem for most customers because they plan to sell several copies of this disc.  Click Here for more information about CD pricing.

DVD fulfillment

• There are no minimum purchases for DVD fulfillment. However, for DVDs larger than about 2.0GB, we require that you send us a copy of your DVD. We will bill your account for $50.00 (you pay later). This just barely covers our cost to copy and setup the DVD project.
  
  We have to charge this fee to attract serious customers that plan to sell many dvds. We can't afford to store large data files on our servers and take time to set these up for a customer if they do not sell anything. We only make about $1.00 profit per order so we don't even break even until a customer sells 20 or 30 products.
  
  If you can't upload that much data, or your server is too slow or drops the connection when we try to download it, we may require you to send us a copy of your disc in the mail. The 50.00 setup charge will apply in this case.
